Navigation:  User Interface > Horizontal Lines

Tool: ribbon View, group Show, Show/hide flags

 

To show the horizontal lines in a sheet:

1.Select the sheet tab

2.Select the tool/Gridlines; the rows in the selected sheet gets outlined.

This can be reverted.

 

When the option is activated, the attached icon is encircled with a colored hairline.
