What is a WBS?

A WBS is the higher-level breakdown of a project into tasks.

How do the Minutes and the WBS relate to each other?

WBS tasks are broken down into elements that can be quoted, called minutes.

This is the bottom-up method.

How are the Views Linked?

Other views are derived from the base views: Nomenclatures, Reports, Summary (through the Overhead sheets).

The Minutes are categorized; this is used to distribute the indirect costs (overhead).
