Building the Data Source

In Detailled fields, check in particular the fields relating to periods (TIMEFRAME_xxxxPeriods).

Scrutinizing the Data Source

In the data source, each produces a sheet, that is a non structured sequence of records with IDs common to the WSData sheet.

NOTE WHEN THERE IS NO CURVE SET IN THE MINUTES VIEW:

Whenever the cost or time per unit is null throughout a period column, all the relevant records are consolidated in one end row in the tabs

Example

The predefined report Breakdown_With_TimeFrame.mrt breaks down the spent times by period according to each WBS level. It works with the Sample_with_TimeFrame.qdv estimate.

The rendition is a form where you select the first and last periods in drop-down lists, and levels by + / – buttons.
