In the Minutes, the monetary values are expressed by default in Euro (except possibly the forced prices).

To add other currencies than those inherited or imported:

1.Switch the Currencies sheet to Edit Mode

2.Insert a row in the Core Estimate section

3.Enter an abbreviation (ID) and full name. The ID must be a trigram, or a tetragram beginning with K (thousands) or M (millions).

To change the default estimate currency (subject to permission):

1.Switch the Currencies sheet to Edit Mode

2.Double-click the cell F3

3.Select the desired currency; all the monetary columns in the estimate turn to the new currency (except the 'Cost per unit' column in the Minutes view).

As the related cells are green-colored, you can adjust the rates against the currency of the estimate.

To line up the currency rates with www.floatrates.com, switch to Edit mode and select Update currency rates ... This requires an Internet connection. The update occurs at 12pm GMT (noon).
