How to Retrieve the Source of an Article |

If an article has been inserted from a database into the Minutes (refer to How to Insert an Article or a Set into a Section of Minutes), the source of data can be shown.
Tool: Minutes or Nomenclatures tab, Data bar>Databases, Open Source of Row
Select Open Source of Row (in the drop-down menu or in the toolbar); this opens the source database (possibly the database of the estimate) and highlights the article in it.
If there is no source, the message 'No database' pops up.
When an article is pasted, the link to a database is also pasted.
NOTE
If the source database has not been created with the current version of QDV7, it cannot be opened. A conversion is required.
