Passing Down the Database of Estimate

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Use Case

The main contractor may want to predefine some of the articles to be used by the sub-contractors, in the same way as a manufacturer.

Default Behavior

The parent estimate may feature a database, because some branches are not assigned to any owner and are estimated at the parent level. In Full transparency, by default, an empty database is passed down to the owner.

If the main contractor wants to pass down articles, they must invoke them in advance in the assigned task. It is up to the corresponding sub-contractor to select the quantity.

Settings

To pass down the articles in the database without previous invocation, check the 'Export entire content of the database of estimate' box; then the articles can be invoked.

Consolidation & DB

The capacity to editing the database can also be handed down through another bchecking; but, on import back, the main contractor must check the database, and possibly, adjust it (first, disconnect the articles).
