Select Check and Build, then select the existing database. Click the buttons Open, then Update.

Dealing with a tree structure

The fields Tree code and Tree description are described in How to Index a Table (Tree Structure), marks 3a and 3b. The key field (mark 2) is selected in the second section of the menu Settings>Identify.
