How to Build a Sheet

Display in Normal Mode

To show, on a sheet basis, the column and row references (A, B, C... and 1, 2, 3...), click View>Show / hide flags>Header.

This sets to 1 a managed data whose syntax is '<Sheet name>'!System_ShowHeader. Refer to Managed Data.

To show the formula bar on a sheet basis, click View > Show / hide flags>Formula Bar. The editability is subject to permission.

This sets to 1 a managed data whose syntax is '<Sheet name>'!System_ShowFormulaBar.

 

To freeze rows when scrolling vertically, select the rows, then select View>Freeze Panes>Freeze Top Rows.

To colorize cells, click Home>Font.

 

To search for a string (text, figure), click Home>Search>Find and enter the string (or a part of it). The wildcard chars ? and * are allowed within the string.

The scope of the search is the current sheet. It is recommended to put the cursor at the beginning.

 

Edition under Excel

To export the workbook, refer to Export to Excel.

To edit a worksheet in Excel™, click Data>Excel>Edit under Microsoft Excel.

NOTES

-  In event of duplicates (due to copying/pasting sheets), the names at the worksheet level may be removed on import

- If the legends of the Cash Flow Curve are displaced on import from Excel, select Show>Check & Repaint.
