Inasmuch the related permissions are granted by an administrator (refer to User Profiles), the related formats, settings, selection for update rows, flags ... are stored in the user profile.

 

Exceptions

The following settings are stored on an estimate basis:

Columns layout (How to Organize the Sheet)

Database setting (How to Create an Empty Database of Sets)

Overhead setting (name, factor, rate, ...)

VAT rate (Calculation Options)

Default user profile on estimate opening (User Profiles)

 

or globally:

Options setting (Settings)

NOTE Preferential Databases can be defined both in the user profile and in an estimate.

 

Fall back to Administrator's Settings

By an administrator: in Administrator>Permission>Edit, click Reset.

By one of the users in the implicit group: click View>Reset Profile.

Columns layout: right-click Reset columns layout for users profiles.
